Our lettings team is headed by Vicky Broadbank. Vicky has more than 30 years experience in residential lettings and property management and has worked extensively in the lettings industry covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire.

Vicky is ARLA qualified and has a passion for providing great customer service to both her Landlords and Tenants.

Landlords

If you are looking to rent out your property please see below for further information on the advice and support we can offer.

We tailor the service we provide depending on your needs, ranging from whether you are looking for us to find you a tenant up to a full property management package.

 

Our Full Management Service Fee is from 12% pcm (incl. VAT) with a reduced set up fee of half of one months rent (incl. VAT) with a minimum of £600.

We can provide additional services including the following:  
Additional property visits (during a tenancy) £60 per visit incl. VAT
Renewal Fee which includes negotiating and updating the new tenancy agreement £120 incl. VAT
Preparing and serving notices £120 per notice incl. VAT
Duplicate documents if required £60 per document incl. VAT
Check-out Fee (To review the Inventory and Condition Report and produce a final Check-Out Report.)    Prices vary depending of size of property.

Tenants

We aim to match your ideal search criteria with the right property for you.

Once we have registered your details and preferences in terms of location, age and size of property and duration of tenancy, we will send you details of suitable properties. We will accompany you on any viewings and if you find a property you wish to offer on, we will present the offer to the Landlord.

On acceptance of an offer, subject to contract, you will be asked to complete a Tenancy Application Form. We use an independent reference company to verify your application.
