Led by four Directors, Ed and Jenny being RICS qualified surveyors and Hugh and Yasmin, the team at Waymark have many years of combined property experience and local knowledge.
Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, Ed co-established Waymark in 2004. His role includes commercial property consultancy, development and residential lettings and property management advice and support.
He is involved with a range of residential projects, including development site sales and growing the property management and lettings portfolio.
Commercial work includes ongoing retail and roadside acquisition and development for projects across the region.
After graduating from West of England University, Jenny worked for an international consultancy in London before returning to her roots in Oxfordshire.
Jenny provides residential sales and valuation advice across the Western Vale, often extending into in Hampshire, Wiltshire and the South Cotswolds.
Having been educated in East Hanney and King Alfreds in Wantage, and currently chair of the Shrivenham Netball Team, Jenny has extensive knowledge and contacts within the area.
With an extensive background in sales, Hugh has over 15 years’ experience in Estate Agency, working across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
With nine years of local expertise in Faringdon and its surroundings, Hugh is your go-to for any inquiries regarding local knowledge or property valuations.
Hugh brings a refreshing and enthusiastic approach to Estate Agency, and when he isn’t selling houses enjoys spending time with his young family of three boys.
Beginning Estate Agency in 2010 when Yasmin was just 17, it’s safe to say she has gained a wealth of experience and has every aspect of the job covered.
With a passion for exceptional customer service and a thrill for the job, Yasmin found she thrives most with customer care and inspiring a team.
Being outnumbered at home living with all boys, she may be partial to a glass of G&T every now and then!
With three decades of estate agency experience in North Wiltshire, Mark is a seasoned professional now residing in Shrivenham.
Specialising in residential sales, he has navigated both corporate and independent sectors of the industry. Mark's wealth of knowledge extends from property valuations to negotiation tactics, ensuring clients receive tailored, expert guidance.
When Mark is not at work, you are likely to find him walking the fairways of a local golf club.
With growing experience in the estate agency sector, including a tenure at a corporate firm, Chloe brings both enthusiasm and a personable approach to her work. She is dedicated to helping clients find their ideal homes while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Chloe is committed to delivering high-quality service and consistently strives for the best outcomes in every transaction. Her expertise covers the Oxfordshire and Berkshire regions.
Lambourn born, Chloe appreciates the countryside lifestyle. She enjoys scenic walks with her Chihuahua, Prince, and is deeply connected with village lifesytle.
Ed has a deep knowledge of the local area, having grown up in the community and spent years getting to know its people, places and hidden gems. He began his journey in estate agency with Waymark and has grown within the team, most recently earning a promotion to Sales Negotiator. Known for his down-to-earth, approachable style, Ed is always happy to offer friendly, honest advice. When he’s not helping people with their move, you’ll usually find him playing golf at local courses or heading to Bristol to watch rugby.
Sophie gained valuable customer relationship experience at a property management company while completing her business administration apprenticeship. Known for her hardworking nature and fun-loving personality, Sophie consistently exceeds expectations to ensure client satisfaction. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys horse riding and traveling.
With over 25 years of experience in administration, Claire brings outstanding organisational skills and a strong focus on customer service to the team.
Having lived in Wantage and Grove for 40 years, she combines local knowledge with a personal approach, ensuring every client feels supported. Passionate about creating positive client experiences, Claire is committed to making every interaction with Waymark Property seamless and enjoyable.
Outside work, Claire enjoys cooking, reading, and dining out. A natural adventurer, she even completed a skydive for a milestone birthday!
Dominic spent over thirty five years in the art world advising corporate and private clients on the acquisition, and management of art and more recently has been a key part of our sales and client supprt team.
Having lived in the Vale for over 40 years, Dominic has an extremely good knowledge of the local area.
