Our Residential Sales and Lettings team specialise in the regions of South West Oxfordshire, North Wiltshire and South Cotswolds including the towns of Wantage, Faringdon, Abingdon, Didcot, Highworth and Lechlade and the surrounding villages.
Our Commercial, Residential Land and Planning Development work covers this region and further afield.
Led by four Directors, Ed and Jenny being RICS qualified surveyors and Hugh and Yasmin, the team at Waymark have many years of combined property experience and local knowledge.
Ed Preece MRICS - Director
Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, Ed established Waymark in 2004. His work includes property consultancy and acquisition advice across the UK.
Locally he is involved with a range of residential development projects, including single building plots, the conversion of period agricultural buildings and two larger scale new housing schemes.
Current commercial work includes ongoing retail and industrial acquisition and development advice for projects in Witney, Wantage, Highworth and Faringdon.
Ed is closely involved in the organisation of the annual Uffington White Horse Show.
Jenny Preece MRICS - Director
After graduating from West of England University, Jenny worked for an international consultancy in London before returning to her roots in Oxfordshire.
Jenny heads up the residential sales and lettings team of Waymark providing residential advice across the Western Vale, often extending into in Hampshire, Wiltshire and the South Cotswolds.
Having been educated in East Hanney and King Alfreds in Wantage, and currently chair of the Shrivenham Netball Team, Jenny has extensive knowledge and contacts within the area.
Hugh Sutcliffe - Director
With an extensive background in sales, Hugh has over 10 years’ experience in Estate Agency, working across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Having spent the last four and a half years based in Faringdon and also working the surrounding areas, Hugh is your point of call for any local knowledge or valuations.
Hugh brings a refreshing and enthusiastic approach to estate agency, and when he isn’t selling houses enjoys spending time with his young family of two boys.
Yasmin Hallard - Director
Beginning estate agency in 2010 when Yasmin was just 17, it’s safe to say she has gained a wealth of experience and has every aspect of the job covered. With a passion for exceptional customer service and a thrill for the job, Yasmin found she thrived most with customer care and inspiring the team. It’s a work life and mum life balance for Yasmin having just come back from maternity leave. Being outnumbered at home living with all boys, she may be partial to a few glasses of G&T!
Tessa Edwards - Client Manager
Tessa has a degree in Italian Language & Literature and spent 10 years exporting beer around the globe before taking a break to raise her two gorgeous boys. Since returning to the workplace she has gained 8 years' experience in estate agency, rising from a mere 'weekender' to Viewings and Sales Coordinator, and finally Sales Progressor for a local competitor. She spends what little spare time work and her boys allow her, baking, crafting, binge-watching boxsets, socialising with 'the girls', and dreaming of being a kitten foster mum.
Cameron Pidgeon - Sales Negotiator
Starting estate agency in 2015 as an apprentice Cameron has learned the business from the ground up , from making a good cup of tea to selling and valuing property Cameron has learned every aspect of the job. With 7 years experience working within Wiltshire and Oxfordshire Cameron has gained a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Outside of work Cameron is a keen runner and likes to think he is a good cook.
Vicky Broadbank - Head of Residential Lettings and Associate Director
Vicky has more than 30 years experience in residential lettings and property management and has worked extensively in the lettings industry covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire. Vicky is Arla qualified and has a passion for providing great customer service to both her Landlords and Tenants. Living locally in Wantage on the Ridgeway, she enjoys the countryside, long walks with her yellow labrador Koda, she likes to travel, spend time in her garden and enjoys the company of her three grown up sons.
Chris Puddifoot - Sales Associate Director
Passionate about property, Chris has worked locally in estate agency for many years . He also ran his own decorating business specialising in period properties throughout Oxfordshire. Chris prides himself on his high level of customer service. Chris lives in Abingdon with his family and is a keen cyclist and all round lover of the outdoors.
Dominic Weston-Smith - Client Manager
Dominic has spent over thirty five years in the art world advising corporate and private clients on the acquisition, and management of art. Having lived in the Vale for forty three years, he has a good knowledge of the local area.
Sophie Hale - Estate Agent Administrator
Sophie joins the team joining us from a local competitor. Previous to this Sophie worked for property management company where she completed her business administration apprenticeship. Hardworking and a fun loving person who goes above and beyond to ensure clients are happy and satisfied with the service they receive. Outside of work sophie likes horse riding and holidays.
