Top 10 UK Universities and their Property Prices

It is that time of year for students to be starting or returning to their university of choice so we thought we would take a look at the UK’s top 10 universities and compare their property prices.  Not quite as exciting as freshers week but something to bear in mind if you need to budget for living expenses.

The methodology for ranking is set by The University Guide [insert methodology link] and includes UCAS tariff, student satisfaction, research quality, student to staff ratios and degree completion scores.

As with all good charts, we are going in reverse order and we start with:
